WOW! I cannot begin to tell you how blessed Hoof & Souls became this month! Even though we received our 501c3 in December, we continued to struggle with how to go about receiving donations. Praying hard, it all finally began on Easter day! Kristin Brooks contacted us to ask if we could help pull a horse from the kill pen. We agreed and in that next week were able to pull 4 more. By the end of April, Hoof and Souls saved 17 horses in just 2 short weeks! Of those 17, 3 were adopted, Rainey, Bentley and Four and 4 went to foster care Maria, River Charm and Shiloh. April 2017 is a huge month for us and we are beyond excited to be able to help save these sweet souls from slaughter!
