It is of primary importance to us that we match you and the prospective adoptee as carefully as possible, as you will be entering into a relationship for the rest of this animal's life. We are excited here at Hoof and Souls to help horse lovers find the perfect horse for you and your family. Each horse has been through a professional training program and ready for their forever home.
Please fill out the application as completely as possible. If you need more room, please use a separate sheet. In order to be considered as an adopter, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age

Allow a representative of HSHR to perform a Home visit.

If renting, have your landlord's written consent

An understanding that the horse you are adopting will never be taken to an auction or sold for slaughter
